We work with you to refine your vision, source materials, and bring it all together with style, precision, and care. Our Creative Production Crew is experienced, efficient and knows how to handle everything from delicate table decor to late-night pack downs.

Styling services can include:

• Full design concept & creative direction

• Hire of decor elements (backdrops, candles, vases, signage etc.)

• Stationery & signage design

• Vendor sourcing for styling elements

• Set-up and pack-down of all design-related items

• Coordination of deliveries and styling logistics

We also offer flexible support for DIY set-ups and small ceremonies, with pricing based on scope, size, location and logistics.

On-the DAY

We step in 6–8 weeks out and become the point of contact for your suppliers, finalise all logistics, and make sure your vision comes to life exactly how you imagined it.

• 1–2 planning meetings (site inspection, Zoom or in person)

• Custom run sheet & floorplan creation

• Full on-the-day oversight of setup, styling, and timing
